At Soul Restoration Pilates, we offer a wide range of class options tailored to your unique fitness goals and desires. Our private sessions provide a truly personal and focused Pilates experience, allowing us to cater to your specific needs. For those who find motivation and joy in working out with family and close friends, our semi-private classes, accommodating 3-5 participants, are the perfect fit. Duet sessions create an encouraging and warm atmosphere that's ideal for couples seeking not only physical strength but also a deeper connection through shared wellness. Whether you choose a private, semi-private, or group reformer class, our commitment is to support your fitness journey while nurturing the bonds of togetherness and overall well-being.

Join us in the studio with up to four other students and be inspired by the energy of your fellow classmates! Our Reformer and Mat classes are guided by an experienced instructor who guides with focused instruction and touch techniques to personalize the experience.  We have a class for every level, from those just starting a fitness journey to athletes seeking an edge.

OUR GROUP CLASSES

Beginner: Ready to start your Pilates journey? Our Beginners Pilates Reformer class is designed for those new to Pilates or the reformer machine. Led by our experienced instructors, this class focuses on teaching you the foundational principles of Pilates and how to use the reformer safely and effectively.
You'll learn basic Pilates exercises tailored to beginners, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, ensuring proper form and technique.

Intermediate: Elevate your Pilates practice with our Intermediate Reformer Group Class!
Designed for those proficient in Pilates fundamentals, this dynamic session blends classical exercises with challenging variations. 

Jumpboard: Join us for an exhilarating workout that combines the strength-building benefits of Pilates reformer exercises with the high-energy cardio of the jumpboard. This dynamic class will challenge your core stability, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and sculpt your entire body.
Using the jumpboard as a platform, you'll experience a fun and effective way to enhance your Pilates practice. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided to accommodate individual needs.

Pilates Prime: Experience the power of Pilates on the reformer as you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall fitness.
This class focuses on core engagement and functional strength.

All Levels: Join our inclusive All Levels Reformer class, suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness in a welcoming environment.

Wellness Programs

one workshop at a time.

We’re excited to host a series of wellness workshops that blend life coaching, nutrition guidance and movement in one inspiring program.

Here’s what we have planned for 2023.

Teen Programs: We encourage teens, ages 13-18, to disconnect from school and screens and reconnect with their bodies. This program introduces concepts of physical and emotional balance, positioning movement as an essential stress management technique.

Sports-specific Workshops: Did you know that many professional athletes supplement their training with Pilates? Our sports workshops will introduce methods and exercises that target specific muscle groups for optimal performance.
