More than a Broadview Heights Pilates studio, we’re an oasis of wellness where you came come to connect with your body and your community.

 Our studio is equipped with five Balanced Body reformers, along with weights, boxes, rings and bands. We have supplemental equipment to accommodate stages of pregnancy and different body restrictions.

Soul Restoration is a restorative Pilates and wellness studio for modern lives. It’s a place where you can come to explore the depths of your physical potential in a safe, non-judgmental space. Through this work, you’ll walk through the world with less stress and greater confidence.

 Our instructors are trained in traditional methods but take a contemporary approach to teaching. We evolve within the framework of the method to progress and keep things interesting. We maintain the integrity of the method while keeping the energy high and the drama low.

What to Expect

Get ready for a good time.

The Pilates method is comprised of a series of small, fluid movements that initially don’t seem difficult but become more challenging as you do them. Deep, inner muscles are worked and stretched as you’re cued and corrected throughout the class. Both mind and body will be fully engaged and time will fly by as you focus on the movements.

 When you arrive, please remove your shoes at the entryway and turn your phone to silent.

Grab water if you need it and find your place at a Reformer.

 You’ll be guided through class by an experienced instructor who will observe your form to ensure you’re moving safely on the equipment and deepening into each exercise. Modifications will be offered to accommodate your body and your goals.

 Afterward, expect to be energized and stand taller. You may also feel a pleasant soreness in muscle groups you didn’t know you had!
